HOW TO OVERCOME DAYDREAMING..

      

Daydreaming is a natural habit which comes to everyone right ??? . A recent survey says over 96% of people daydreams. It is something ruins your entire day without you realizing it. 

As we are Humans we don't take most of things very seriously right 😁?? Daydreaming is not seen as a Serious issue or Something that you need to overcome urgently.. But, however you should always keep on eye on it why because it can hamper your mood and day to day activities also. I believe that if you can truly understand any problem obviously you can able to find some solutions to that problem.so let's try to understand why we should not dream too much and some of the ways in which we can able to overcome this issue..

WHY YOU SHOULD NOT DAYDREAM..

There are so many reasons are there but here let's talk about 2 Major reasons..

1.It Kills your Precious time.

There is one thing common between each of us who are reading this article, can you tell me what is that ?? yes exactly TIME. As you know that time is a limited resource and if we don't use the time then we lose the time. As the researchers say that over 50% of the things which we think in the daydreaming will never happen in the Real-life. Whatever the desires/dreams/aspirations you have just make a plan then decide, commit then DO IT, Because if you daydreaming then simply you are postponing your DREAMS and GOALS.

2.Could Lead to Unhappiness.

If you daydream you may get instant Gratification and you enjoying your imagination world but eventually you will end up being unhappy. Even the recent survey conducted by Harvard university says Daydreaming is associated with lower levels of happiness. If you spend much time on that you will end up being depressed fellow..

NOW LET'STALK ABOUT SOLUTIONS..

1.Keep Your Mind Busy

I remember during my school days my teacher used to say "Empty Mind is devils Workshop" it applies here because if you don't give work to your mind. your mind will wander here and there like a Monkey. It's a basic nature of the mind so always keep your mind doing some Productive Work and Organize your Day Properly so You will Never Waste any time

2. Convert Daydreaming into Action Plan

We know that daydreaming is common and it's not bad but what we can do is that for every dream we should make a action plan to achieve that. Take that small baby steps and over a period of time you will end up reaching near to your goal, and in the process you will get various ideas to reach your Goal.
